Antenna International partners with MidlandHR for global HR and payroll contract

Antenna International is the leading supplier of technology, multimedia and audio content, and related services to the world’s artistic, historic, and cultural institutions. Their products enable cultural tourists and museum visitors to see more clearly, understand more deeply and appreciate more widely the world’s cultural treasures. MidlandHR will enable Antenna’s HR team and workforce to deal with its own basic HR, talent management, and payroll transactions via iTrent’s Manager and Employee Self-Service modules.  

MidlandHR will deliver a single view of Antenna International’s global workforce. This will allow the organisation to manage their talent and take care of its people through one single platform instead of various disparate systems. iTrent’s single database design will enable advanced people analytics and management information across the globe. This will support Antenna with developing enhanced workflows and business processes so that its HR team can focus on supporting the business more strategically.

MidlandHR’s HRO Centre will also be responsible for handling most of Antenna International’s global payroll. It will ensure compliance is maintained internationally and that payroll best practice is followed across the globe.
