Vehicle accident management specialist Incident Management Solutions (IMS) has become the latest fast-growing SME to use the Cezanne OnDemand HR software solution to streamline the management of its people.

IMS provides bespoke solutions for the accident repair industry, managing every aspect of the repair process including recovery and engineering to salvage and total loss solutions.

The business, which is based in Bedford, employs more than 40 people.

IMS recognised that its continuing expansion called for a more sophisticated approach to managing HR data. Employee information was previously held on a variety of spreadsheets that were difficult and time-consuming to manage and maintain. The HR, absence management and employee self-service functionality costs just £2 per employee per month for businesses with more than 50 employees – with monthly fees being adjusted up or down to reflect the number of active employees being managed. An optional employee performance management module is an additional £1 per employee per month.

The product is delivered on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis, which means it is hosted and delivered on-line via a secure server, with updates automatically provided to clients as they are released. There’s no need for small businesses to continually invest in their own hardware, software or support services. They simply log on via the Internet and have immediate access to the latest version of the system from wherever they are.

Companies can add new employees into the system whenever they want to – and the self-service element makes it easier for straightforward HR processes, such as holiday requests, to be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
