MidlandHR achieves re-accreditation of the Payroll Quality Partnership (PQP) scheme

MidlandHR is pleased to confirm that it has achieved re-accreditation of the Payroll Quality Partnership (PQP) scheme and is looking forward to being presented with the PQP certificate of achievement at the CIPP’s Annual Awards 2013 this week.
MidlandHR was one of the first organisations to achieve the CIPP’s prestigious PQP Accreditation in 2009, acknowledging best practice in the development of payroll people. This year, the assessment panel reported that they were “most impressed by the continued commitment to staff development and the further development of the review processes, from the well documented development programme, through to the use of the skills diagnostic tools to evaluate development needs and the performance output based methodologies”.
MidlandHR’s Managing Director, Matthew Jenkins, comments: “MidlandHR is committed to driving best practice in the industry. The vital feedback which schemes like PQP provide helps to ensure we continue to operate at the high standards expected within our HRO Centre. We invest heavily in our processes and people, with 95.5% of staff CIPP or CIPD qualified or currently studying, and are delighted to be able to help PQP in raising the standards of education and performance in payroll, as well as the greater recognition of the payroll profession.
“We are looking forward to receiving our certificate at the CIPP’s 29th annual payroll and pensions conference on 26th and 27th September at the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales, where MidlandHR is also a finalist in the CIPP Service provider of the year and Software product of the year awards.”
