New Chief Services Officer appointed at MHR

MHR, a leading provider of HR, payroll, talent management and analytic software, has announced the appointment of Kelly Smith as Chief Services Officer.

The Nottingham based business, which supports more than 5% of the UK workforce with its range of services, welcomed Kelly into the senior position this autumn – further strengthening the board in preparation for continued growth.

Kelly brings a wealth of experience with a background that includes working across the public and private sector. He founded Centrinet Limited, an international provider of IT services to clients in 72 countries, which he sold in 2011.

Prior to joining the team at MHR Kelly also held the position of Non-Executive Group Chairman at Acis Group Limited, and was Director at Lavazza Expression UK and Ireland.

Kelly commented on his appointment: “MHR is a great business that has achieved strong growth over recent years, something that is set to continue. I have been impressed with the entrepreneurial spirit that is evident throughout the company, and the team is very supportive and focused.

Our customers are central to everything we do, and my job as Chief Services Officer is to ensure that we can maintain that focus whilst growing the business. Exciting times are ahead and I look forward to working with colleagues to take things to the next level.” For more information about MHR visit
